Named after the first woman to order a ‘G & T’ at Parliament House’s Members’ Bar, Nancy B is strictly adults only and can be hired for grown up parties and special occasions.
As your guests enter through the sumptuous velvet curtain, they will escape to a beautifully designed intimate space featuring an open fireplace – where cocktails are the hero, with the food designed to complement.

The Party Room
There are no formal by-laws in place in this Party Room, only the agenda you create when booking The Party Room for your next event.
The Party Room provides a boutique conference and event space for up to 30 delegates U-Shape or 60 when meeting theatre-style and, when planning a sumptuous dinner, up to 40 can make the guest list.
You also have the option of using the adjacent Courtyard or Drawing Room as a break-out space or to serve morning and afternoon tea, or lunch.
Boardroom
An intimate meeting space that can seat eight – whether it’s a gathering of great minds to set the company’s future objectives or a private dinner to celebrate a special occasion.
Co-working Space
Perfect for small gatherings where you don’t want the privacy of a meeting room, but still want to enjoy the friendly service and excellent food and beverage experience that The Statesman is renowned for.
